USCIS I-9 Employment Verifications
USCIS trained for both electronic and paper I-9 Employment Verifications. When submitting documents, please make sure that required documentation are not expired. When using the Equifax site (app is no longer available), the employee should have or know their receipt code.
*You may use the 2019 version of the USCIS Form I-9 through Oct 21st 2023. Beginning Nov 1st 2023, only the new Form I-9 dated Aug 1st 2023 may be used.
