Correction Facilities

When a person is incarcerated, it is normally last minute with no time to handle business affairs. These affairs may require the need for notary services and because of limited access, you need an experienced and professional mobile notary.

Please contact the facility or the intimates unit manager or point of contact to obtain details and ask about restrictions before booking. Some facilities have a notary on staff.  Non-staff notaries can be rejected from entering the facility. The requirements for notarization follow the same protocol no matter the location. The requester can meet us at the facility to provide documents but may not be allowed to enter at the time of the visit (emailing is preferred).
